100%! All of our coins are 14k gold and never plated. For our flagship collection, we use gray diamonds, black diamonds and opals. If you take care of it as we recommend, you will enjoy it forever.

All of our pieces are handcrafted by artisans in Germany, the Philippines, Italy and around the world. Soon we’ll be taking you to our video studios so you can take a peek at the painstaking process involved in making Sofiah parts.

We buy our gold from the Philippines and our stones and diamonds from Bangkok and India. We are proud to certify that our stones are of ethical origin, and not from countries at war. We are constantly looking for sustainable and long-lasting sources of supply.

Our collection of modular high jewelry essentials is designed to be creatively personalized to follow your bold and vibrant life. Our coins are made of high quality gold and stones, so you can wear them now and in the future. We want you to build a jewelry wardrobe that you will love forever.

We love to collaborate on new designs, especially when it’s a piece you love. Due to the size of our operation, we are unable to do custom work at this time. But if that means so much to you, email us at and we’ll see what we can do.


Our online store now offers free 3-5 day delivery to European addresses only, regardless of your order. We deliver worldwide in just a few days.

If you live in one of the 50 states and Puerto Rico, Europe, or Asia, Sofiah will deliver. Our parts may take longer to reach you if you live in Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, but they will. We ship worldwide from France.

1) Normal: (5-8 days): always free.

2) Expedited (2-3 days): 25 €

Upon receipt of your order, we will process it for shipment. All orders placed after 12:00 PM Pacific Time are processed the next day. Our UPS or Fedex courier will then pick it up from us and be on its way to deliver the parts to you. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as it is on its way.

Do not worry! Sometimes it takes a few days to update the status of your package. Write to us at and we will tell you where your package is.

Returns & Exchanges

Sorry your products didn’t get you more. You can return your unused parts within 14 days of receiving them. Just send us an email to

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that the jewelry is in its original packaging and in perfect condition, that you have proof of purchase, and that you have obtained the shipping label from us. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the criteria.

We will give you a full refund back to your original payment method. However, please note that we will not refund the shipping cost you paid.
