Absolutely yes. Sofiah insures each purchase for the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. Because we want to make sure that you receive your products, we ask that you sign for the delivered goods. At this point, you become responsible for the parts. However, if the parts are to be delivered to someone other than yourself, the recipient’s signature at the delivery address provided constitutes delivery by Sofiah and responsibility for the product transfers at that time.

We are a Swiss company and when we deliver to you outside of Switzerland and the EU you may have to pay customs duties, taxes or other additional charges. It depends on the regulations of each country and remains the responsibility of the customer. For countries of the European Union there is no additional charge.

We are confident that you will love and want to keep our products. However, you have 14 days to try it out and return it to us. If that doesn’t work, email us at contact @ sofiah-jewelry.com  and we will solve the problem with you.

Unless the products are damaged or defective, we cannot exchange these items. If you want to order a part in a different size or a totally different product, we will treat it as a return. Please email us at contact @ sofiah-jewelry.com  so that we can arrange the exchange with you.
